  He had been the last in line for many years on the Reapers list, but Rainbow and Black Sabbath frontman Ronnie James Dio went to the front of the line this morning and cashed in his chips.  See ya Ronnie!

  Also known by the nicknames Teddy P, TP, or Teddy Bear, Pendergrass underwent colon cancer surgery and had difficulty recovering. He died on January 13, 2010.
